Have you ever thought of making a virus? Or ever thought of pranking your friend with it? Well, you're in the right place cause I'm telling you 5 awesome harmless viruses to create with a notepad to prank your friends!

First Things First!
 First I'll tell you how to save a file in ".bat" format, and how to convert it to ".exe" format so that your victim cannot see what code you've written in the file.

To save a file in ".bat" format, follow the given steps:

  1. Write one of the codes that will provide in Notepad.

  2. Now click on the "File" tab to show a menu. From that menu, click on "Save As..." option.

  3. Navigate to the directory where you want to save the file. Change the file name to virus.bat and change Save As Type to "All Files". Finally. Click on Save Button.

Now your executable file will be created to your specified directory. But what if someone opens your file with notepad? He will understand what you wanna do and your prank plan will fail. But there is a solution to that!

To convert ".bat" file to ".exe" file, follow the given steps:

  1. Firstly, download this BAT to EXE file from this link and extract the file using WinRar or 7-zip.
  2. You'll see that there are 3 files in there. Run "32bit.exe" if you're using a 32-bit windows. Else run "64bit.exe".
  3. Now select the batch file which you created previously, and select where your ".exe" file will be saved.

  4. Now go to the "Architecture" section. If your victim is using 32 bit windows, choose 32 Bit option, or else choose 64 bit. If you're not sure which bit windows your victim is using, choose 64 bit option cause 64 bit windows is more common on computer nowadays.

  5. Now go to "Version Information" tab. Here you can provide some information for your file. I recommend you provide icon for your program.

  6. After that, click on compile button at the bottom-left side of the window. After a couple of seconds, your program will be compiled and will be available at your specified directory.

#1: Disable Internet

To re-enable the Internet:

Ipconfig /renew

#2: Shutdown PC with a Message
@echo off
msg * Shutting Down Your PC
shutdown -c “Your PC needs to shutdown to prevent any damage.” -s

#3: Shutdown PC Continuously For a Number of Times
shutdown -s -t 100 c “Installing Updates”
The PC will restart 100 times continuously. You can change this value if you want to.

#4: Open CMD Continuously Until the Computer Crashes

#5: Fake Blue Screen of Death
